Hampta Pass is often called Himachal's "Valley of Flowers". It is a unique crossover trek that starts in the lush, green Kullu valley and takes you over a high mountain pass into the stark, arid, and beautiful Lahaul valley of Spiti. The dramatic change in landscape within just a few hours of crossing the pass is what makes this trek special. The journey ends with a visit to the stunning crescent-shaped Chandratal Lake.
Witness the dramatic shift from the green pine forests of Kullu to the barren brown deserts of Spiti.
Drive to the mesmerizing Moon Lake (Chandratal) at 14,000ft, which changes color throughout the day.
