Kuari Pass is famous for being the trail taken by Lord Curzon in 1905. The reason it is so popular is simple: it offers the most up-close and unending views of some of Indiaβs most celebrated peaks - Nanda Devi (7816m), Dronagiri, Kamet, Hathi-Ghoda Parbat, and more. The trail passes through ancient forests of Oak and Rhododendron, opening into meadows (Bugyals) like Guling and Khullara.
The star attraction. The south face of Nanda Devi is visible throughout most of the trek.
Walk under the canopy of centuries-old Oak trees. The forest section to Tali lake is enchanting.
