Retrace your steps back down the valley. The descent is faster and offers different perspectives of the landscape. Trek: 6-7 hours

Drive back to Kathmandu. Relax and enjoy the city comforts after the trek in the mountains. Drive: 7-8 hours
The Langtang Valley trek is rated moderate. It is less strenuous than Everest or Annapurna Circuit but still requires good fitness.
Capable of walking 5-7 hours a day with some steep ascents. Good cardiovascular health is important.
Max sleeping altitude is 3,870m. Altitude sickness is less common but still possible. Tserko Ri climb is the highest point.
